Big changes are coming to the Apple Watch... but not until at least 2024.
According to Mark Gurman's "Power On" newsletter for Bloomberg, a new “Watch X” model is in the works at Apple, set to be released in 2024 or 2025 to mark the 10-year anniversary of the device (introduced in 2014).

A microLED display and a blood pressure monitoring capabilities are also supposedly in the works.

It'll stay the same size as the current models of the Watch, though a "minor refresh" will introduce faster processors and new colors.
