As the new Chief Revenue Officer, Jeff will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Rent. global revenue operations, formulating revenue growth strategies, fostering key partnerships, and further expanding the company's customer base. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Lautenbach has held several significant leadership positions throughout his distinguished career. Prior to joining Rent., he served as President of Global Field Operations at Cornerstone OnDemand, a talent experience platform, where he successfully led the company’s global sales and go-to market strategies and fostered strong customer relationships. His outstanding leadership and commitment to driving results contributed to Cornerstone OnDemand’s sustained revenue growth and market dominance.
Prior to his tenure at Cornerstone OnDemand, Jeff held the position of President of Worldwide Field Operations at Jive, an employee engagement platform, where he spearheaded the company’s sales, support and services functions and played a pivotal role in expanding its global footprint. Under Jeff’s guidance, Jive experienced sustained profitable revenue growth. In addition, Jeff has held leadership positions at SAP, Salesforce and IBM in various sales and revenue leadership roles.
