BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA: 20-year-old, LSU Gymnast Olivia Dunne and TikTok's it girl Alix Earle are two of the biggest social media stars, especially on TikTok. And there is nothing better than when two of your favorite influencers support each other. Recently, Dunne took to Earle's Instagram page to leave a positive response to one of her recent posts.
Last month, Earle graduated from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. She will, however, be leaving the organization with something even more special. A scholarship will be called the 'Alix Earle scholarship' in her honor, the institution declared. Dunne left a single word to express her joy at the success of a fellow TikTok star.
'Will always be grateful'
The scholarship will provide crucial resources for students pursuing business degrees, supporting the institution's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Earle commented on the honor, saying how much the University of Miami means to her and mentioning the impact of the scholarship. Earle took to Instagram and shared a series of pictures, captioned, "I'm sitting here writing this with tears in my eyes. It is such an honor to announce that I'm leaving the University of Miami Herbert Business School with a scholarship in my name. I am, and will always be, beyond grateful to have attended such an amazing University. Without the U I wouldn't be where I am today. The support of my family, friends, professors, and especially my audience, has helped shape me into who I am as I pursue my goals. Through this scholarship, it is my goal to empower another student to live out their dreams and reach their full potential. Go Canes."
There are some qualifications for the scholarship. Students must be attending the University of Miami, be either a junior or senior and be enrolled in the school's business program. Along with her post, she also shared the link to apply for the scholarship.
