After days of speculation, the upcoming Fortnite Goku Black skin has leaked.
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 has been full of crossovers with popular franchises, including Attack on Titan and Star Wars. Players also saw Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield from Resident Evil enter the Battle Royale. Now, a third Dragon Ball collaboration seems to be on the horizon.
Fortnite has already introduced Son Goku, Vegeta, Lord Beerus, Bulma, Piccolo, and Son Gohan to the Battle Royale in previous seasons. Each skin came with multiple styles and cosmetics, all available for purchase in the Item Shop.
So, when will Goku Black make his debut in the Battle Royale?
Fortnite Goku Black Skin Leaked
According to reliable Fortnite leaker, ShiinaBR, Goku Black will enter the Fortnite Item Shop either today or tomorrow. The skin was originally rumored to drop on May 9 in honor of Goku Day.
The PlayStation Store leaked the image, confirming at least one style of the Goku Black skin coming to Fortnite. Other leaks suggest there will be an alternative style that showcases the character's iconic pink hair.
Although past iterations of the Dragon Ball x Fortnite collaboration introduced the Nimbus Cloud and the Kamehameha, any new in-game weapons or items seem unlikely. Star Wars is currently dominating the game, and with FNCS Major 2 Grand Finals this weekend, Epic Games will not want to add any major changes to the competitive meta.
